Suicide awareness day

Today 10th of September is Suicide awareness day and today is for anyone who has tried or succeeded in taking their life! 

So to spread the word and support Suicide awareness day, wear yellow or write 'LOVE' on your wrist!

No matter how hard it gets please do not harm yourself, in anyway!

And if you have any thoughts or have harmed yourself, please tell someone, it will help!

I know what it is like to have those thoughts, about harming myself and suicide, this time last year, I was very depressed (I still am, but I'm way better than I was) but lucky I got help in time and I am still here, and I never cut myself! You have to remember it's just thoughts and they will come and go but if you need help then you really have to tell someone, I know I keep saying this but it's true, and it will seem hard at first but you will feel better when you do!

So Stay Strong and you are beautiful!

Shoe un-boxing

So recently I bought a new pair of shoes, and I had seen everyone wearing this type of shoes, and I really wanted a pair, so I finally did! And they are the best thing, I have bought this year! 

They cost £22 and £1 for p+p 

I bought them from the website Linzishoes.com which is a site, I have only came across only a couple of months ago, and I'm glad I did. They are cheap and good quality shoes and the p+p is also cheap, which is a plus! Linzishoes, also they have a great commutation with their customers, so I highly recommend this site! 

The shoes were a bit tight, when I first wore them, but after that they were fine and are really comfy!

My masterpiece + a little update

Hi guys, sorry I haven't posted in a wee while, but my laptop was away getting fixed, but now I have it back and will be posting more. Yay! :)

So recently I have been getting into pinterest and looking at crafts and d.i.ys and I seen this new type of 'art', and it's called 'melted crayon art' also I had seen pictures on tumblr, and have always wanted to do it, but I just kept forgetting about it, so I finally decided to give it a try! And it is easier than, I thought it would be! 

 So this what it looks like, I personally like it and I might hang it up on my wall. I definitely will be making more! 

So if one day you get bored or are in a crafty mood, then I would definitely recommend this!

If you do want to try this out, you will need :

+ A canvas 

+ crayons (I used around 40) 

+ super glue

+ a hair dryer

My story...

THINK YOU KNOW ME, YOU DON’T EVEN KNOW THE START OF IT…

Sorry, if none of this, makes sense!

My Knee

13.06.10 - the day everything went down hill, it was just a normal sunday, out the back garden, playing with my little cousins and having a laugh, then around my knee, dislocated, this was the second time, so I knew what would happen, even though this time it was way worse then I’d ever though….

Knee & Panic-attacks 

I started going to Physio and it was going all good, but then the physio gave up on me and sent me to different places, and for a few months, I never done any physio or anything like that! Then like the end of November, beginning of December, I went back to Physio, again everything was going fine. Then on 15.12.10, I had a massive panic attack, people don’t think they are a big deal, but trust me they are one of the worst things ever! When you have one, they never go away!

Depression & not going out

Then, I never went back to physio and till this day, I haven’t! So the end of 2010 and most of 2011 was utter shit! I never went out, but at the time, it was normal, I didn’t see anything wrong with it! Obviously, I now see it wasn’t normal! Nurses, doctors and physiologists, came and gone, and I really didn’t want to see any of them, well to be honest, I never wanted to see anyone, I just wanted to be on my own! My mum knew that something was wrong, and told my GP, that she thought, I had depression, (my mum has depression as well, that’s why she suggested it!) but the doctor said she was wrong.

CAMHS

Then around October, Karen (my nurse) came and at first I wouldn’t even look at her and as time went on, I would start even looking up! Then she brought, a doctor from the clinic, who gave me antidepressants, and ever since then, I haven’t really been down, I mean I do have down days once in a while, but before that, everyday was a down day, if that makes sense ? And they came at the right time, because I ain’t going to lie, I was thinking about self harming myself and even killing myself/committing suicide. Lucky I never, did, and I haven’t had those thoughts again. Trust me! I was in a dark please, at that time, and thought that I should just give up and lucky I didn’t! 

So then after that, I met Simon (my physiologist) who just talks about how I am feeling and what me and Karen do and talk about, when she comes over! Then with their help, I would start going down the stairs (because the only time, I would go down stairs, would be for the toilet! and I just stayed in my bedroom all the time) and then sitting on the couch in the living room, for most of the day, cos I obviously don’t go to school, and then I started going out the back garden, for most people all this isn’t very big, but for me it was! And then like a month ago, I’ve started to go out the front, and going out with Karen, to like mcdonalds drive-thru, Tescos, pollok park and today the clinic! and I also went to my aunt’s house, for my little cousin’s holy communion! To the ‘average’ person that isn’t anything but for me, that is massive!

NOW 

On the knee front, I still cannot bend it, because I am still scared of it really!

I suffer from depression, anxiety and panic-attacks but I have tablets for my depression, my anxiety is always there, but I’m learning how to control it and my panic-attacks, I don’t have as many, one in every so often compared to last year, I have at least one every day and I can control them, when I do have one!

So I just wanna say thanks to Simon, Karen and CAMHS for putting up with me and helping me, I really don’t think I would be on Earth anymore if it wasn’t for them! And also the internet, helped me too! Just people being nice and you kind of have the thing, that nobody knows who are, unless you want them to know!

One last note! 

Never ever! make fun of someone because they have depression/anxiety/panic-attacks etc. because you don’t know what they are going through, until you go through it yourself! actually just don’t make fun of anyone or bully them or send them hurtful messages etc.

Megan & Liz are 19 year old, fraternal  twins, singer/songwriters, whose fame has come by doing covers on their youtube channel and also some originals. Every Monday which is called 'Macers Monday' Megan & Liz upload a new video, either a cover or an original, and every Thursday they upload a video to their beauty channel! They have just released a new EP called 'This Time'

                                                                Before You Exit

Before You Exit are four piece band from Orlando, Florida, who play pop/rock. The members are Connor McDonough, 18, Vocals/Guitar. Riley McDonough, 16, Vocals/Bass, Braiden Wood, 18, Guitar and Thomas Silvers, 18, Drums. They have toured with All Time Low & All Star Weekend! They are currently recording their debut album! They have two EPs already released 'A short story long' and 'Letting go' and have a single out called 'End of the world'! They have posted a couple of covers on youtube and update videos!

                                                                     GMD3

GMD3 are a three piece vocal-harmony group! Greg West, 17. Michael 'Micky' Parsons,17. Daniel 'Dan' Ferrari-lane. They started on youtube by doing covers and posting update videos, which shows their personality's and that they are just three normal teenage boys who want to sing and live the dream! They haven't released anything yet, but they are writing and recording so there will be hopefully soon! And they just pasted 1,000,000 views on their youtube!

Hollywood Ending are a five piece pop/rock band from the U.S & England. Tyler Wilson, 17, vocals. Cameron Byrd, 17,vocals/guitar. Dan Geraghty, 17, guitar. Chris Bourne, 19, bass. Mike Montalbano,18, drums. They appeared on season 4 of Radio Disney's N.B.T. as well as two national tours with Action Item and Allstar Weekend. Now they are just currently writing and recording in the studio for their debut album! They have already two original songs & 1 cover song on itunes, go and check them out! Jonnie & Brookie

Jonnie & Brookie, are sisters, 17 and 20, singer/songwriters, they play piano, guitar and bass. They have been singing all their lives! They have played live all around the U.S, they also won Radio Disney's NBT in 2009! Their genre of music is pop/Christian/rock. SPRINKLE OF GLITTER

I thought my first ever blog post would be dedicated to Louise! She has inspired me to start my own blog and also has made more positive in my life and no to care what other people think of how I look or how much I weigh!

How ? I had been watching Louise's videos for a little while and decided to watch her earlier videos, and I came across, a more serious video for Louise and she told her story, about her life, which I ain't going to lie, I did cry watching, and not of laughter, like her other videos! And after watching that video, I was amazed at how positive Louise is! I haven't been through the same things as Louise but I was never really positive but after watching her videos and reading her blog, I have become more positive! 

I have watched lots of youtube 'gurus' and I have to say Louise is one of my favourites, being 16, I have just started becoming more interested in make-up and fashion, so I was looking around for more help and came across Louise! And she has helped me with stuff like that and also her videos are just not about make-up and fashion, they are funny and most of them make you cry of laughter! and you see the friends she has made via youtube and her blog like Zoella and Fleur De Force, who are also amazing, and her beautiful baby! baby glitter (Darcy) who is so cute and is lucky to have Louise for a mummy! and also not forgetting her camera shy, husband, Matt, who makes cameos by being her camera man for her OOTDs and also sometimes if you are lucky you get to hear him talk or even his hand! haha! 

Another thing I love about Louise is, sometimes she gets free stuff from P.Rs, which most people get if they have really good blogs, but she doesn't show off and go "oh look what I got" she is more excited to share it was everyone and with her hauls, you don't get the 'showing off' vibe from Louise, if that makes sense! And now Louise and Zoey (Zoella) have started up their own online shop! (which I'll leave a link to at the bottom) and I just wish, I had enough money to buy all of it! And I wish both of the best and I hope their business just gets bigger and greater!

So if you haven't heard of Sprinkle of glitter, where have you been, I'll leave everywhere you can find her,  on the internet! Not in the real world, I'm not a stalker, I don't know where she lives! 

Also another thing, if by any chance Louise, you are reading this, I love you (not in a creepy way), your blog and youtube! When I see that you have posted, a new video, I jump of joy! and I just wish you, Matt and baby glitter lots of happiness and luck! I just hope one day, I can get to meet you and give you a massive hug!
